Internal Auditor:
Who shall ensure that management directives on control policies, compliance procedures, and risk assessments are properly carried out.

Qualifications shall include primarily the following:

* With Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field; Preferably a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
* With at least three (3) years of extensive experience in Internal Auditing or Public Accounting (preferably in a Real Estate setting).
* Has demonstrated understanding of and experience with complex consolidations, foreign currency and multiple bases of Accounting.
* With strong communication and analytical skills.
