• Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, business applications, and assist users in maximizing use of computing systems.
• Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
• Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
Skills
1. A suitable qualification in the appropriate software/administration discipline.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
