SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER – HEAD OF SECTOR
B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with min. 15 years
extensive experience in mechanical designs involving
HVAC, Plumbing and fire Fighting Systems. Over all
control and management of the section team and
represents the main line of communication with others.
To ensure that technical issues and quality of works
conforms to the specification and within time frame.
Prepare technical proposals and studies related to
works. Literate in computer software used for designs
including AutoCAD.
SR. FIRE FIGHTING ENGINEER
B. Sc. in Mechanical, Civil or Sanitary Engineering
with min. 15 years demonstrable working experience in
fire protection system design (fire alarm/detection,
sprinkler/spray system, foam, FM 200, deluge, etc.).
Familiar with the prevailing fire protection standards
and codes such as NFPA, ASTM, BS, IBC and others
related to fire protection system. Proficient in the
use of applicable software in design such as Elite,
5Net, Firelink, etc.
PROJECT MANAGER
B. Sc. in Civil Engineering /Architecture with min. 15
years extensive working experience with engineering
firms. Good knowledge of the prevailing codes and
standards, planning & scheduling, contract management,
change and project control. To manage the project in
accordance to the contract documents, clients’
requirements, local and international standards and
codes. Experienced in fast track projects and
international contracts.
PROJECT DESIGN MANAGER
B. Sc. Degree in Architecture from a reputable
college/university, with good knowledge of modern
design and construction techniques. Excellent
communication skill in English and able to coordinate
with all levels of staff. Gulf experience and previous
experience in large-scale projects will be an added
advantage.15 years working experience with minimum 5
years experience in Engineering firms. Experienced in

owner/representative, authorities and municipalities.
Capable to plan site visits and get necessary permits.

outstanding issues. Capable to coordinate with
authority coordinators to get required permits. Capable
in controlling and managing the project team on the
quality, stages and time frame.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
B. Sc. in Architecture / Interior Design with min. 8
years working experience in various interiors
conceptual designing. Proficient in AutoCAD and other
relevant software for designing, preferably
knowledgeable in 3D and 3Ds Max, Sketch Up, etc.
Excellent design skills and high talent in developing
design ideas and expressing it through hand rendered
sketches. Good experience in large scale projects.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS: (Pre Contract)
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Landscape
Architecture or any related course from a recognized
College or University. Minimum 10 years extensive
experience in landscape design for large scale projects
such as Theme Parks, Gardens, Land Developments,
Residential Subdivisions & Complexes and other
Landscape projects. Familiar with the existing plants
and vegetation in the Region.
