Job Title :Software Engineer (PHP & .NET )
Department : Information Technology
Section : IT Dept - SZR
Reporting to : IT Manager
Recruit person having knowledge in Application / hardware support.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Support – responsible for the day to day help desk support to the system users with respect to CRM/PM-FM applications.

2. Install / Support / Administer and troubleshoot problems related to Application (ERP/CRM/PM-FM).

3. Take ownership of ERP/CRM/PM-FM customization tasks post-deployment as well as LMP website customization tasks both design and development

4. Collating the application support issues and liaising with application vendors to resolve the issues as per the response time agreed on Annual maintenance contract with the application support vendors.

5. Training end users in Application (ERP/CRM/PM-FM).

6. Data backup – responsible for the Application data backup at the IT Dept.

7. Log books – responsible for updating the relevant log books concerned with application support at the IT Dept and for monitoring the updates of the log books at the LMP offices and subsidiaries.

8. Managing the Application support related correspondence – phone calls, faxes, correspondences, document controlling etc.

9. Coordinate systems auditing & licensing activities.

10. Assist the Manager - IT on any IT application support issues.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
1. Education: Graduate / Diploma in IT or Computer Science or equivalent.

2. 3+ years of demonstrated application development experience using Microsoft .NET frame work experience as well as web development experience using PHP.

3.  Knowledge Microsoft .NET frame work such as C#/VB.NET/ADO.NET/ ASP.NET & Microsoft Visual Studio experience. Technical Knowledge in PHP, Mysql.

4. Knowledge/experience in development using Microsoft technology based back-office tools like IIS, SQL Server, and Outlook.

5. Knowledge/experience in report designing with Crystal Report.

6. Ability and experience to understand and analyze business requirements as well as good knowledge in all phases of SDLC

7. SW administration Pivotal-CRM/, Database technology experience in SQL / XML.

8. Preferred experience / knowledge in
     a. Customization of Pivotal CRM.
     b. Apache Webserver, Cpanel , WHM
     c. IT Hardware knowledge in routers, Switches, VLAN, VPN, Microsoft Server Systems, networks, Portal Servers such as Microsoft SharePoint , Intranet, data security, data center operations, Storage devices, disaster recovery.

9. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.

10. Preference for candidates having ERP/CRM implementation experience.

11. Age limit: 25 - 40 Yrs
