1. Responsible for total plant ( PM-1,PM-2,Bioler,ETP) Electrical systems and related electronic systems.
2. Allocation of duties and responsibilities for all dept engineers and technicians.
3. Making shift schedules and shift arrangements of the maintenance personnel.
4. Monitoring day to day energy consumption checking and concentrating on energy savings.
Procurement of required spare parts in time.
5. Day to day maintenance problems checking and necessary actions
6. Coordinating with Management to Increase the productivity of the machines and required equipments quotation collecting making of comparison with suggestions orders follow up with

7. Interacting with machine suppliers by e-mails for sorting out the problems and follow up for
ultimate productions.
8. Water treatment plant general engineering parts observation , required spares procurement.
9.Attending of All engineering meetings related to plant maintenance and development.
10. Any machine supplier come for the commissioning , maintenance , speed up process,
development suggestions follow up with them for engineering jobs and producing minutes of
meetings reporting to management.
11. To maintain a Shut downs planning interacting all engineering dept.personnel for planned jobs
completion.
13. Rewinding of the motor works follow up and schedule and assure mill wide lubrication of
motors follow up with concern engineers.
14.Follow up with all dept. men and keep on motivating them for doing quality of work.
15. Maintaining of All engineering drawings , technical data putting in proper files for future
reference.
16.He must have knowledge on L.T and H.T Power transmission .
17.He must have knowledge in Transformers .
18.He must have power distribution knowledge in the plant.
19.He must have knowledge on D.C and A.C variable drives thyorestors and trouble shooting
knowledge.
20.He must have A.C and D.C motor winding systems knowledge.
21.He must have knowledge on Factory lighting and in other secured houses lighting.
22.He must have good work shop knowledge to keep equipments to up date.
23. He must have knowledge in electronics to solve the problem when arise, with drives , ABB
Scanners and Alstom hood system.
24.Good command on drives trouble shooting.
25. PLC Operation and troubleshooting knowledge must have, Siemens and ABB Systems and
programs must know.
26. He must have knowledge on cable jointing.
