Job Description


As Quality Manager you will be a part of project
management team & will be responsible for Project
quality & audit management of overall project .


Main job responsibilities are:


1.Coordinate all receipt inspections
2.Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site
subcontractors
3.Verify that the quality related site activities are
in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
4.Participate in the site internal and external site
audits
5.Coordinate all the quality site inspections through
the site QC inspectors
6.Ensure all quality control documentation is complied
and competed for as-built hand over through the QC
turnover engineer
7.Control all non-conformance reports and undertake
remedial action
8.Compete site quality control instructions and action
remedial responses
9.Review the customers specification and undertake
relevant training to the site QC team.
10.Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC
Plan
11.Assure all technical documents relative to site
quality control are current status
12.Identify material sources, test and establish
conformity or otherwise with standards, recommend for
use in permanent works.
13.Conduct Mix design and trials
14.Developing & Controlling Quality documents such as
Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan, Method
statements and approval from Client

Job Description:


• Prepare document for submittal such as
Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Test Plan,
Checklist forms, method of statement, test forms.
• Conduct testing of switchgear, control gear,
power transformer, panel boards, etc.
• Prepare document for submittal such as RFI,
test report
• Conduct testing of switchgear, control gear,
power and dry type transformer
• Coordinate with the main contractor, company
construction division
• Inspection of site activity in compliance with
the Aramco Standard
• Conduct testing as required as per Aramco
Standard
• Monitoring/Surveillance of Electrical Activity
• Preparation of paperwork’s for internal
auditing
• Review of Saudi Aramco Engineering
specification, national electrical code
• Site inspection / checking prior to approved
drawing design and engineering standard
• Submit necessary document as per SAPMT
requirement
• Assist and conduct safety measure at site
• Supervise overhead electrical high voltage
installation
• Coordinate / assist the subcontractor
• Review of electrical materials for submittal
• Perform inspection and testing
• Assist maintenance on temporary facilities
• Conduct testing as per Saudi Aramco standard
• Review of the drawing
• Execute the activity as per scope of work
• Supervise civil works
• Supervise electrical scope of work

3. QC Procurement Supervisor

Minimum 5 years experience as a Procurement QC
