Job Title: RAN Performance Engineer// Ericsson
Functional Role: MS BO RAN
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration: 12 months extendable
Overall Purpose:
Identify suspected deficiencies and/or problems in the access network.
Design, Produce and present all requested reports internally and/or externally.
Network Performance Engineer assumes ownership of all Network performance reports that are requested from him/her.
He/she is also responsible to continuously improve the quality of reporting to exceed customer’s satisfaction.
Principal Responsibilities:
Monitors and reports required performance of the network,
Find NEs with performance problems and reacts on NW performance degradation,
Investigates and follows up performance related issues,
carry out activities according to the Performance Management (PM) and Fault Management (FM) processes,
Generate & Interpret daily/weekly performance reports,
Ensure correctness of the data to be collected,
Ensure correctness of the formulas used in reporting,
Ensure correctness of the reports,
Ensure that exclusions defined in the MS contract are implemented into reporting,
KPI management,
Identify the planned activities as the root cause for performance changes,
Identify the effect of parameters on Network Performance,
Support network operations,
Report problems in the Trouble Ticketing System
Support Configuration Team and Network Roll-Out,
Create and analyze reports for 2G & 3G RAN,
Escalation to Fault Management process,
Qualifications:
Experience & Background
Typically 5 years directly related experience,
Strong Analytical capabilities, Ability to apply knowledge and ability to deliver quality and results,
Good knowledge in English,
A team player.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead the engagement effort at different stages from requirements gathering to business analysis, high level design, development / configuration, testing and deployment.
• Work with offshore, client, onsite teams as part of the project.
• Analyzing the problem faced by the client and design the solution for the problem with the documentation.
• Accountable for quality & completeness of client delivery on projects.
Technical skills required
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Projects modules.
• Excellent domain expertise with established thought leadership in Costing, staffing, analytics and management Modules in Oracle projects.
• Extremely good presentation skills
• Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to implementation.
• Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record in IT Consulting / Financials architecture / solution delivery.
Behavioral skills required
• Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor
• Strong Ability to develop / groom a team of Consultants / Senior Consultants for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.
• Self-starter.
Desirable technical/behavioral skills
• At least 8+ years of exposure to end to end Business processes
• Desirable 3~4 complete lifecycles experience in projects in any industry
Education: Degree preferred from a premier institute with good academic record.
