5- Maintains contract files. Reviews contracts to
evaluate overall revisions, price and past
performance of each contract prior to bid or
renewal. approves price increases provided for in
contracts and makes changes as necessary and
appropriate.
6- Develop local and international suppliers with
ability to negotiate and create credit terms with
theses suppliers.
7- Follow up on material delivery until delivered
to the warehouse.
Requirements
1. Over three years experience increasingly
responsible buying and contracts administration
experience and technical writing related to
Information Technology field and IT materials
procurement.
2. Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's
degree in purchasing, financial accounting,
business administration, public administration,
marketing or a related field.
