╛ Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

Assembler and Tester
SUMMARY
Performs assembly and disassembly of valves based on standard operating procedures including test compliance testing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assembles valves / actuators based on Standard Operating Procedure or routine assembly and dismantling practices.
2. Requires the ability use of hand tools which may include various wrenches (manual, electric or air), torque wrenches, hoists, scissor tables and valve / actuator testing equipment to insure product meets quality requirements
3. Performs equipment change-overs if required to assemble or dismantle valves / actuators for testing.
4. Responsible for valve quality making adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
5. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and obey all safety requirements
6. Operate forklift to maintain raw material supply for the production line or to move product to designated areas.
7. Complete daily production and valve specifications logs as required by supervisor.
8. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery.
9. Communicate with operators from other shifts.
10. Clean and maintain work area.
11. Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
12. Participate and contribute to process improvements activities within the facility
13. Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist machinists in repair work.
2. Perform back-up for warehouse.
3. Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
4. Pull material from warehouse or storage racks to complete valve builds.
