Entry

Training
Usually, you'll be taking professional training in-house. We will offer new entrants a short induction course that covers services and sales administration.
After induction, you'll be provided sales training by top class sales trainers. You will then be expected to get up to speed quickly, step into the market and meet targets.
You may undertake further training and development to support your career development. Although not imperative, professional qualifications can definitely help with your career development. Some senior sales professionals undertake postgraduate study in areas such as sales management, or take an MBA.
Opportunities
After a period as a successful sales executive, you could expect to be promoted to handle larger and more prestigious accounts. Through our company promotion structure you could progress through, moving from sales executive to sales manager, area or regional sales manager and eventually sales director. Promotion is based on results, and rapid progress is a real possibility in sales.
Annual Income
Figures are intended as a guideline only. Conditions apply.
Entry level sales executives with different industry background or less experience could earn SAR 60,000 - 84,000 per year.
Starting salaries of people who meet our criteria will be in the range of SAR 72000 – 108000 per year.
With three to five years' experience with our company, you could earn SAR 90,000 - 144,000 per year.
At senior levels, you could earn SAR 168,000 per year and even more.
Salaries are usually based on success in meeting sales targets. We offer a basic salary with huge bonuses and even high commission scheme. Housing expense and petrol allowance are included in the salary package.
