Looking for 1 “EXCELLENT” programmer (Information Technology Engineer)

· Advanced knowledge in Electronic Data & Document Management System (Documentum,  OpenText,  Smart Plant Foundation,  Aconex, etc.)
· Advanced familiarity with up-to-date trends in technology
·Advanced knowledge in relational Dbase concepts
· Knowledge in Dbase design and maintenance (Access, SQL & Oracle)
·Excellent knowledge of MS Access 2003 & 2007 (must have development experience, not just user end experience)
·Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional (forms creation, electronic signature, link to external data, javascript, etc.)
·Familiarity and proficiency in Web Based Applications such as Automated Workflows (WorkflowGen, SharePoint, etc.) and Web collaboration portals such as SharePoint
·Programming skills in SQL transaction language, VB, VBA, ASP, JavaScript & XML
·Report design capabilities (e.g. Crystal reports)
·Excellent & advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA, Forms creation, complex formulas, etc.)
·Knowledge of ODBC, OLE DB, etc.
·Strong ability to streamline working processes and develop electronic tools to support and automate the process
·Demonstrable experience in having designed & implemented a software solution (SQL with Web interface ‘ASP’ or other technology)
·Experienced in construction site settings (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management) – Can understand and has experience in EPCM work process
·Can think “out-of-the-box” and find quick and efficient technology solutions for complex working processes
·Excellent knowledge of electronic document management concepts and work processes in Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management settings (revisioning, document lifecycle, transmittals, distribution matrix, reporting, numbering system, approval cycles, document milestones, issue purposes and revision status’, etc.)
· Organized, meticulous, autonomous and dedicated
·Excellent English speaking and writing

Looking for 8 Engineering Technicians with the following criteria

·Advanced knowledge in Electronic Data & Document Management System (Document um, OpenText, Smart Plant Foundation, Aconex, etc.) – preferred knowledge of InfoWorks & eRoom .
·Advanced knowledge in relational Dbase concepts
·Excellent & advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA, Forms creation, complex formulas, etc.)
·Excellent knowledge of MS Access 2003 & 2007 (must have development experience, not just user end experience)
·Knowledge of ODBC, OLE DB, etc.
·Experienced in construction site settings (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management) – Can understand and has experience in EPCM work process

·Report design capabilities (e.g. Crystal reports)
·Query Syntax language (SQL)
·Report design capabilities (Excel connected to external data source, Access, Crystal Report, etc.)
·Can think “out-of-the-box” and find quick and efficient document control solutions to complex information management requests of various document types
·Experienced in documentation routing and workflow
·Data entry, monitoring and auditing
·Excellent knowledge of electronic document management concepts and work processes in Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management settings (revisioning, document lifecycle, transmittals, distribution matrix, reporting, numbering system, approval cycles, document milestones, issue purposes and revision status’, etc.)
