• Detection of any event likely to endanger the road users’ safety. When detecting such an event and if automatic start is not applicable the personnel has to start the available safety elements and also to inform the competent safety teams according to the severity level of the event.
• Any alarm such as failures to be reported to the PWA Engineer and maintenance staff immediately.
• In case of incidents or accidents where emergency service is needed, call for outside services (Fireman, Police etc.).

Our Client is an International Company based in
Saudi Arabia delivering IT and Systems Integration
projects and currently has a vacancy for a Program
Director.
Primary Function:
To manage the assurance programme for an integrated
ITS solution designed, built, tested, deployed and
operated by 3 large investor consortiums operating
on a build, operate and transfer model. The PMO
organization is divided up into three regions, each
headed up a Project Manager that leads a team of
technical experts and site supervisory staff.
Central staff include the Delivery Manager and the
Technical Manager.
Business management
• ensure that Logica fulfils all its
contractual obligations to the customer in a
professional, cost effective and timely manner
• ensure that Logica achieves and improves on
the planned financial return from the project;
within this objective you should give the customer
value for money
• establish and maintain good working
relationships with the customer, suppliers and
other stakeholders
• identify potential incremental business
with the customer and take action to both pass the
information on to the account sponsor and the
Account Manager and assist in closing the business
• establish and ensure Logica meets the
customer’s expectations and agreed acceptance
