Need Estimator MEP Engineer Riyadh

Description: 

Developing MEP-Systems estimates for projects from Conceptual stage thru final construction documents.

• Will lead and direct junior estimators in developing quantities and costs.
• Ability to read and understand MEP documents from an overall systems approach
• Knowledge of coordinating MEP systems with other building systems
• Ability to provide constructability input.
• May also include assistance on project sites with quality and constructability issues, review of change orders and MEP-specific consultations.
• Coordination with outside parties including design parameters for development of budgets at early stages of projects.
• Ability to perform Life cycle Cost Analysis on mechanical systems.
• Coordination/ability to communicate with commissioning team members.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years estimating and/or filed experience on projects has an estimated MEP value ranging from $ 1,000,000 to $10,000,000.
• Has MEP estimating experience from constructability documents phases.
• Ability to provide constructability review and perform preconstruction tasks related to MEP systems required
• Familiarity with Design Standards and codes associated with referenced facilities and systems
• Computer literate, good communication skills, handles/lead
• Autocad, MS project, Excel, Word
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to handle multiple projects
