Project Manager

·         Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture OR Associates Degree

·         Minimum of (5) five years direct project management experience in the Commercial Building Construction Industry. Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems. Experience in Technology Contracting methods (preconstruction support, negotiated, design-build, design-assist, and design-bid-build)

·         Management experience with projects related to HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and/or Security management systems is desired. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.



Systems Engineer

    * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an associate degree in a related technical field
    * At least (3) three years of relevant work experience required.
    * Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.
    * Commercial HVAC experience desired



HVAC Systems Technician:

    * Demonstrated technical aptitude.
    * Two years experience in installing electronic and/or mechanical systems.
    * Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems.



Sales Account Executive Security and Fire Technology Systems

    * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required. MBA preferred.
    * A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive field sales experience.
    * Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills.
    * Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key decision maker within strategic accounts



Systems Designer - HVAC Controls

    * 2 years diploma- Bachelor degree
    * Minimum of (3) three years of experience with installing and/or commissioning controls systems including system-level controllers.
    * Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, control systems and technical aptitude.
    * Demonstrated advanced computer skills required, particularly computer-related drafting tools.
