Key Responsibilities:


• Networking setup, operate and monitor.
• Analyze user requirements related to computer in order to direct purchasing or internal/external delivery.
• Installation & Configuration of Microsoft Operating Systems
• Setup, install and testing of Anti virus, application, utilities and systems.
• Inform users with any technical modification on system and any additional requirements to operate and run.
• Analyze any technical changes and enhancement that would raise user's performance.
• Convey problems to vendor and follow up.
• Logging all activities in Computerized Help desk System.
• Maintain technical documents problems related to machines & systems and update them.
• Systems maintenance & following up maintenance requests.
• Prepare general lists related to periodic preventive maintenance.
• Convey external maintenance requests of machines to contractors follow up and evaluate the maintenance transactions.
