This position requires a hands-on contribution and oversees the development, design, user interface, technology integration, and day-to-day issues management. Additionally, this role will help to realize innovative IT solutions for our business partners in the area of Brokerage NAO, and Field/Client Experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Development and Delivery Provides technical direction and also contribute in the development, design, and systems integration for any initiative/project from definition phase through implementation.

Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to business users.
