• Coordination with all government bodies and managing the cable relocation activities.

•Coordination with all government bodies to ensure SNFN is notified of any new civil work.
•Coordination with cable locator activities and follow-up all steps required if cable needs to be relocated.
•Quick identification of service risks to SNFN, recommend solutions.
•Conduct site surveys to confirm possible OILs/ SDRs as primary reason for cable relocation that maybe required.
•Communicate all technical and commercial discussion with government office and Contractors in case of relocations.

Tasks:
• Plan, organize and control the purchasing (specific commodities), receiving and storage of all
items required.
• Ensure the procurement of required products and items at the best possible rate without compromise on quality.
• Directly liaise with suppliers to ensure that items ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
• Raise necessary LPO's, negotiate prices, schedule deliveries, storing and issuing of items as per requirements.
• Verify all invoices received from suppliers and ensure prices are correct as per (LPO).
• Sorts and places inventory in storage areas, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
Ensure stores records are accurately maintained and up to date, including Goods Received Notes, Letter of purchase Order, and Internal Requisitions, Variance Reports, Stock Take.
• Keeps records of materials or items received or distributed in accordance with established procedure.
• Ensure that all items delivered to the client are received and checked to include; quantity, quality, accuracy and correct brands as per Letter of Purchase Offer (LPO).
• Reorders all stocked items that are issued out to various locations.
• Makes daily data entries for accurate inventory controls including receiving and disposal functions.
• Maintain weekly cycle counts of all stocked items.
• Ensure regular month end stock taking exercise and all items are accounted and the same is passed on to the Finance unit.
• Maintain control of stock holding to ensure availability of all required items.
• Generate Purchase Requisitions for all stocked items that are at minimum, or below reorder point.
• Ensure that all related stores areas are maintained according to the minimum standards laid down by the Municipality.
• Lead and supervise a small team of Stores Assistants ensuring they have a uniformed workload and that they are motivated.

• 2 to 4 years experience.

REPORTS TO: IT Manager
Summary: conduct all aspects IT user support, Troubleshoot day today LAN/WAN problems and escalate to necessary authority where necessary, Liaise with other IT staff to maintain smooth operation of ICT systems at all times.
Duties;
1. LAN troubleshooting
2. Resources sharing, Print servers, intranet
3. Data backups, Disaster recovery and information archival
4. Provide a point of contact and coordinate with remote IT support staff
5. Help enforcement and adherence to group IT and business policies
6. Ensure availability and usability of business software and systems at all times and demonstrate a clear solutions path
7. Perform software updates and upgrades
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT/ or any relevant field. A+, N+ certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in computer operations in a relatively busy environment.
• Excellent knowledge of PC/LAN operating systems, Microsoft Windows, experience in supporting windows domain environment administration.
• Network systems troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP and IP technology
• Network resource sharing
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills.

REPORTS TO: Senior Account Manager
Summary: The Account Manager will make presentations to clients and sign design and job contracts.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact clients and make presentations to them about the company.
2. Prepare client information and site images and pass the information to other team members for concept development and detailed drawings.
3. Check and study the designs before making presentation to the client.
4. Sign Design Contracts and Job Contracts.
5. Search and research for new ideas, solutions and alternative means to elevate the design process and quality.
6. Keep in contact with the client throughout the project period and address any problems as they arise.
7. Handover the project to the client, including communicating the closure of the project to respective individuals within the organization.
8. Make walk through and quality control of site for execution and project management.
9. Meet the clients at site or in their offices to show the client the company’s work and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Preference for former OIMs, Mariners or Construction Superintendents with hookup and commissioning and/or offshore construction.

• At least ten (10) years of substantial related experience is essential, with demonstrable relevant management experience – ideally in a Superintendent type position with international offshore management experience.

Bulk Plant Operators (26 slots)
1. Performs Asphalt top loading operations.
2. Performs or assists in the start-up or shut-down of assigned bulk plant product loading and unloading equipment according to approved OIM procedures.

7. Cooperates with maintenance personnel by locating and demonstrating discrepancies and inspects maintenance work as assigned.
8. Performs bulk plant housekeeping duties as necessary and ensures that safe operating practices are adhered to at all times.
9. Takes and tests product samples, as required.
10. Issues and logs seals and maintains seal security.
11. Works with the contractor/driver to ensure trucks/tankers are properly inspected and meet company fueling standards.
12. Inspect tank truck before entering the plant.
Minimum Requirements:
Completion of engineering degree with three (3) years operating experience with proven ability to operate bulk plant equipment of low complexity. Or Completion of technical vocational courses with five (5) years work experience with proven ability to operate bulk plant equipment of lox complexity. Completion of Bulk Plant Operator Course is an advantage.
Good understanding of bulk plant layout and the processes involved in the loading and unloading of refined petroleum products. Must be flexible to work shifts and be rotated through Bulk Plants in other areas. Those with Power Plant experience can also be considered but not priority.
Estimating Engineer (GC 13 or 14)
BS Degree in Engineering. Minimum 12 years estimating experience including at least 6 years devoted to offshore production and subsea pipelines.
