Discovery Hotel LDA is developing a 300-room luxury hotel property with ballroom, spa & restaurants, in the oil and gas rich East Timor. The project requires candidates for immediate placement in Dili, East Timor.

Planning Engineer (Building Services)
Graduate Civil Engineer, having minimum 5 years Gulf experience in commercial / residential buildings and towers. Must be well-versed in Primavera 3/6 and be able to prepare Clause 14 programs / baseline
programs / schedules. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for progress reporting, program management and claims management.

Accountant
Qualified Accountant, with experience in management and fi nancial reporting, for controlling and maintaining the general ledgers of the company & projects. Key tasks, in addition, would focus on advising on cash fl ows & forecasts, preparing budgets within the business, reviewing spend and monitoring against budget. Construction-related experience an added advantage.

IT Administrator
The Systems Administrator will need to demonstrate hands-on experience in planning, developing and installation / confi guration of hardware, software and related IT infrastructure. Further, responsible for ensuring effi ciency & effectiveness in the operations and maintenance of IS & IT of the business.
