Sustainability Team Leader/ LEED AP (Male only) Riyadh

Description:
The function of this position to serve as the driving force behind all sustainability projects.
The candidate will manage all aspects of LEED related projects and liaise with clients and subcontractors. Understanding of sustainability as it applies to the built environment is essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage all aspects of Sustainability projects
• Supervising all aspects of LEED projects
• Implement new LEED projects

QUALIFICATIONS:
• LEED Accredited Professional (“LEED AP” or “LEED BD+C”)
• Minimum BS Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 7 years of working experience in the sustainability field
• 5 years of experience in implementing and supervising the LEED projects (NC, Homes, Commercial, etc) to the LEED Platinum level including multi-million dollar construction projects
• International experience is a must, preferably in Middle East region
• Commissioning experience a significant plus
• English as first language or a Native Arabic speaker with Excellent English

LOCATION
The project office is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position will require some local travel in country and in the Gulf Area. This is an excellent opportunity for career development. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for interview.
