Programmer / Analyst For Dubai

Programmer / Analyst - A large Multinational Financial Institution is looking for a Programmer / Analyst with the following qualifications:

* 3 - 5 years experience in the design and implementation of Javabased web applications
* Analyzing user requirements to develop functional and technical requirement specifications
* Coding and testing programs written from provided specifications
* Determining design and code architecture based on new enhancement requests
* Assisting in performance tuning tables, indexes and queries
* Assisting the project team in understanding technology alternatives
* Providing production support and ongoing maintenance for internal and external clients
* Documenting completed development or maintenance
* Completion of a college degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field
* Proficiency with IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) in J2EE environment, including EJBs, JSP, JSF, JavaScript, Servlets
* Proficiency in Application Server installation and tuning using IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.1 and above
* Demonstrated experience in XML, Web Services, SOA, Crystal Reports, LDAP and MS SQL Server or similar database knowledge desired
* Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
