Senior Site Architect - Saudi Arabia

A leading construction company in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia has the following immediate vacancies for its building construction projects:

SENIOR SITE ARCHITECT
Academic Qualifications, Experience & Competency:


* Graduate degree in Architecture from a reputed university.
* Minimum 10 years site experience having worked on high-end luxury developments.
* Expert technical knowledge and ability to deal with technical issues on-site.
* Strong communication skills with ability to deal effectively with Clients.
* Excellent computing skills with knowledge of relevant software.


Job Role:


* The incumbent will be involved in all aspects of site architecture including supervision and coordination with all disciplines; review and solving issues relating to technical design and shop drawings including interpretation of contract drawings and technical specifications.
* He must be mature and confident enough to interface with project management and clients at meetings and resolve technical issues as well as assist the Project Manager with technical coordination both on and off-site.
* He will also be responsible for supervision of material submittals, site instructions and preparing snag lists.
