Minimum Requirements: 

Degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation discipline with at least 10 years experience with relevant experience in oil and gas industry. Should have worked in competence development and issuance system. Skilled in creating personal development plans. To provide advisory and consulting services to Companys management and line managers during the creation and implementation of competency-based Development Plans.
