Senior Administrative / Internal Quality Assurance Officer Commission for Academic Accreditation, Abu Dhabi
The Commission for Academic Accreditation seeks a Senior Administrative / Internal Quality Assurance Officer to serve and function as the central officer for internal quality assurance data collection, analysis and reporting in both Arabic and English.
The Responsibilities
• Maintain a system for follow-up on licensure and accreditation issues of private universities and colleges.
• Follow up with external examiners, private universities and colleges on their evaluation data submission.
• Collate data necessary for the periodic assessment of the Commission’s performance following its implementation plan and KPIs.
• Maintain and update the Commission’s website in both Arabic and English.
• Present a good image of the Commission to visitors and clients in person through various communication means.
• Design and maintain a system for follow up with higher education institutions and maintain databases on external reviewers for program accreditation.
The Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Good experience and understanding of academic administration activities, particularly in the U.A.E.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.
• Be prepared to work extended hours if required.
