PR Account Manager | Alef Publishing & Media Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A fast growing PR agency based in Riyadh, is looking for an experienced account manager/director to be based in Riyadh. Ideally, the candidate must have experience in corporate and change management communications and knowledge of supply chain management in healthcare, as well as tourism sector and Saudi Arabia’s business environment. The candidate is ideally bilingual (Arabic and English), but the right skill-set, experience and knowledge will get preference over language abilities.

The account manager will be an important team member within a busy and pressured agency environment. Key aspects of the role would be to help the team leader with strategy and program development, client servicing and media relations, including the production of a broad range of written materials integral to communication strategy and campaigns. The candidate would have passion for PR and writing, and would be responsible for day-to-day client liaison, working with PR managers and senior directors in client organisations; proactively contribute creative and pragmatic ideas to client strategies. The account manager would be expected to independently manage the accounts and the relationships on a day-to-day basis and must be resourceful and mature in their abilities to take decisions and drive their own projects and tasks. The account manager would be expected to contribute substantially to the design and delivery of media events including launches or other press events.

The position reports to the PR agency team leader in Riyadh.
