The primary responsibility of this position involves working with product owners, potential users and IT resources to define 'contribution tools' from idea stage through to inception and maintaining them throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop original ideas with product owners and users.
- Create product specifications that define the scope of product, requirements of prototype, and deliverables/milestones.
- Oversee development of product with technical teams.
- Perform technical testing and quality assurance.
- Oversee bug reporting with operations, developers, content and product owners.
- Maintain data quality and integrity of user contributed content.
- Perform regular user behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of company information (CM) is a must.
- Strong analytical, technical, creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with all levels of executives.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities, ability to troubleshoot and provide feedback, guidance and solutions for product development plans a must.
- Strong interest and knowledge of the internet required.
- Bachelor degree.
