Roll Out Engineer	15	Retail Backgroud.(Worked in a retail project)
		Knowledge of installation and troubleshooting Desktops, Printers, Scanner's
		Knowledge of LAN, WAN
		Knowledge of MSOffice tool
		Knowledge of Migration of POS environment preferred
		L1 knowledge of Oracle, Java, Sql with Retail background
		Willing to work in dynamic environment of Retail
		Willing to travel across region
		Able to follow Checklists and sending updated reports
		Willing to work in pressure environment
		Having experience in field support for Retail preferred
		Having experience in store Rollouts and Migrations
		Installation and  L1 troubleshooting of Windows server
		Having good interpersonal skills
		Having good written and oral communication skills
		Arabic language speak and write preferred
		Ready to travel across countries----Saudi Driving License

Joining Location: Chandigarh

Notice period: Max can 1 month and (there is option where company will buyout)
Relocation amount: 15 K

Onsite training: for 3 to 4 months

JD:

SCCM Administrator with 2.5 to 5 years of experience (ability to troubleshoot issues with Server and client issues – understanding the dependencies)
• Working knowledge of Software Packaging and Distribution • Create Collections/Software Packages and Advertisements using SCCM 2007
• Configuring, deploying and troubleshooting SCCM 2007
• Daily monitoring of Primary/ Secondary Sites, Server Health Check, Patch Deployment Report/ Software Deployment Reports
• Software Distribution and Software Updates Deployments in SCCM 2007 • MS Patching/ Compliance Reporting and Patching Remediation in SCCM 2007
• Operating System Deployment (OSD) & Desired Configuration Management using SCCM 2007
• Knowledge of SCCM Schema and Views
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills. The ability to interact with customers both over the phone and through e-mail
• Good customer service skills. The ability to understand issues a customer experiences, and provide timely and appropriate updates on case status and resolution
