main purpose of the NOC Engineer to troubleshoot and maintain all atheeb network infrastructures including all customers services.om addotopm tp ensure maximum possible service availability and performance as well as provide support services for level 2 engineers and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities and skills :
Monitor all atheeb network infrastructures and generate Required reports on the status and performance of atheeb network ,ISP services and facilities.
provide feedback to engineering on improvements necessary for EMS,MPLS,ISP,IMS,Wimax to better support service delivery.
monitors service problems and reports network failures.
Qualifications and Certification
B.S. in computer science, Networking ,Electrical Engineering or equivalent education plus experience.
Ideal candidate will posses Certifications equivalent to Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional ( CNA/CCNP )
Experience
5 Years experience working in a mission critical 7*24*365 NOC environment.
3Years in a carrier / service provider environment dealing with IP routing and Carrier Ethernet
Preference to individuals with experience in a carrier / service provider environment dealing with IP transmission ( SONET , DWDM ) Design and troubleshooting
Preference to individuals with experience working in a Solaris and UNIX environment
