Urban Planner Engineer required

Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in design of urban and coastal environments, cities and large towns with a diverse mix of commercial,  institutional, educational, recreational and residential buildings in urban settings, a graduate in urban/town planning and/or municipal engineering from an accredited institution and well-versed in suitable international codes and standards (i.e. OECD Countries). The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region on major land development projects.
