Job Description

·         Responsible for troubleshooting Mobile Service Performance

·         Analyze Service Performance statistics and identify anomalies from an end-to-end perspective

·         Able to translate mobile service issues to issues in the network domain

·         Strong understanding of network KPIs in Core Network domain

·         Drive resolution of service performance issues through configuration changes, optimization or new software

·         Assess and escalate service issues to Core operations

·         Having the ability to analyze network issues by signaling message or KPI

·         Sponsor best practices

·         Provide training to service partners.

Professional Related Working Experience

·         At least 10 years experience in Telecom Operators’ environment, preferably in network quality or mobile performance departments Thorough understanding of mobile service call flows, e.g. Voice call, SMS, prepaid and data services

·         In-depth mobile communications network structure knowledge, e.g. HLR, IN, MSS/MGW, BSC, RNC

·         Strong knowledge in Core network

·         Candidates with experience in RF optimization will have an advantage

Qualification Requirements

·         Education:  4 year university degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering

·         Language Skills: English, Arabic(Optional)

·         Advance level knowledge and use of Excel, e.g. pivot tables

·         Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is resourceful

·         Strong troubleshooting and problem solving competence

·         Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure

·         Good interpersonal skills

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills to help generate reports

·         Reliability and strong organizational skills are a must

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to completion

·         Exhibiting initiative in achieving company goals and objectives

·         Good working attitude and analytical skills
