Key Responsibilities:

• Network setup, operate and monitor.
• System and Hardware setup and preparation
• Setup, install and test software, application, utilities and systems.
• Support user's technical problems and give them with solutions.
• Inform users with any technical modification on system and any additional requirements to operate and run.
• Analyze any technical changes and enhancement that would raise user's performance.
• Convey problems to vendor and follow up.
• Tasks logging in Help desk system.
• Maintain technical documents problems related to machines & systems and update them.
• Network maintenance & following up maintenance requests.
• Prepare general lists related to periodic preventive maintenance.
• Network Cabinet handling and maintenance.
• Cisco Router configuration 800 series, 2800 series, 1800 Series.
• Providing solutions for implementing or improving of connectivity with regional branches.
