Service Development Specialist
AwalNet Will be expecting to manage the following :

• Responsible of the performance of all the services under his area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain standard project documentation such as project/ service plans,
• Developing customer specific support plans, leveraging IT GAP assessment, industry and AwalNet service knowledge.
• Ensure customer specific process, policies and procedures are documented well and available to the Service Management, Marcom, Sales, support teams team to allow for correct customer experience delivery .
• Responsible for service readiness from, technical, Sales, Marketing point of view.
• Will manage Price & Placement of each service.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the customer's equipment/ service.
• Content Preparation & Approval
• Manage training for Sales, Technical Support, Service and Management teams enabling them to cater their needs in a professional way.
• Development of Service Description of each service ( both detailed & Public versions
• Presenting periodical service development progress report to immediate boss.
• Reduce case activity rate by implementing AwalNet best practices.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bs in computer science or MIS.
• At least 4+ years experience of service development in either IT/ Telecom / ASP sector.
• Projects Management & Marketing background is essential.
• Ability to multi-task simultaneous escalations
• Functional technical knowledge of service development in an IT, Telecom service environment.
• Good business acumen.
• Good hands on experience of MS Office.
• Expert presentation skills required for interaction with sales team, customers and management
• Expert project management experience with effective prioritizing and documentation skills.
• Bi-lingual ability( Arabic, English) is required.

Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities :
• Responsible to develop Annual Marcom strategy & plans.
• Responsible for all sorts of company’s internal & External communications.
• Responsible to manage all the functional areas including: Advertising, Promotion, Public relation, Online marketing, events management and production ATL & BTL.
• Managing all marketing campaigns (prepare & release agency briefs, contacts, review & finalize the artwork, budget )
• Oversees appropriate inventory levels.
• Monitor production and ensure timely distribution of materials, collateral, programs and field distributions with appropriate end-user communication, including managing the print and production process.
• Ensures total accuracy of materials including specific product information and proofing elements (grammar, punctuation, trademark usage, dates, prices, branding standards etc.).
• Confirm consistency of brand image in all programs, events and promotional pieces.
• Maintain effective working relations with the advertising & P.R agencies and Service development teams.
• Responsible for company Retention Programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Gather and provide data regarding impact of Marketing Communications activities toward reaching performance measures and/or customer satisfaction.
• Manage website content.
• Prepare various monthly, Quarterly, annual activity reports .


Skills / Qualification / Exp:
• Bachelor's degree in either Marketing or Mass Communication with a minimum of 5 years Marcom experience in an IT or Telecom Organization of high repute.
• Brand / Marketing Communications experience and project management and vendor management experience required.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced, matrix environment. Team-building and leadership skills.
• Bilingual Interpersonal, communication skills (oral and written) are critical to prepare and present to all senior levels of management.
• Advanced computer skills (proficiencies in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms Project knowledge of Adobe graphic software).
• Expert in creative and business writing, including a strong command of grammar and punctuation. Well-developed written presentation, organization, and editing skills.
• Well-documented management experience demonstrating a big-picture focus and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team while prioritizing and completing projects under strict deadlines.
• Self-starter, assertively takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self ultimately accountable for results and performance.
