Head of Poultry Projects
Areas of Responsibility (AOR)

• Design, build and commission state of the art integrated infrastructure facility, including Poultry Farms, Processing Plant, Further Processing Plant, Feed Mill, Labs, Site and Utilities. Capital investment of more than $ USA 500 Million.
• Design, build and commission all Farming Projects; Parent Farms, Hatchery & Broiler Farms.
• Provide engineering, & project management skills, ensuring adequate resources, skills, and experience is available to meet projects demands.
• Manage the project, during all phases including design, execution and commissioning.
• Anticipate and resolve all critical problems in order to avoid project delays.
• Define roles and responsibilities of different roles in Capital Projects structure.
• Develop structure, processes, SOP’s; establish KPI’s, Service Level Agreements and Authority Matrices for all new Projects.

Skills
Academic Qualifications : Essential Degree in Engineering
Professional Qualifications : PM Certification MBA in Project Management is plus

Skills & Experience
Candidates must have at least 15 years experience in areas directly relevant to the responsibilities described above.

Preferable project management experience in managing Poultry projects of Farming Processing Further Processing Plant Feed Mill Utilities and Site services.

Successful candidates will demonstrate rigorous analytical and quantitative skills strategic thinking and leadership ability an aptitude for creatively solving highly unstructured project problemsand a strong capacity to drive results across functional groups through high-levels of change.
