REQUIRED ACCOUNTANT IN RIYADH

WE ARE LOOKING EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT

Accountabilities:

• Reviewing all petty cash disbursements, with recording needed accounting transactions.
• Necessary costing transactions for all imported goods ( standard costing system )
• With recording stock in transactions.
• Follow up and maintain updated records for the company fixed assets,concerning capitalization, disposal and depreciation.
• All banks entries, regarding issued cks, purchase of foreign currencies and outgoing transfer, payable settlement to   parent company, bank interest and commission on monthly basis .
• Recording all payroll related transactions & salary deductions.
• Monthly closing transaction such as accruals, currency re-evaluation.
• Provide internal expense statements for different cost centres.
• Monitoring all accounts before posting to avoid a ny wrong allocations.
• Controlling advances and loans of employees and other debtors.
• Reconciling all bank accounts on monthly basis.
• Monthly reconciliation for some balance sheet items ex: sundry debtors & creditors.
• Controlling creation of new accounts, products, and adjusting parameters for the financial package
• Controlling for all transactions before posting ( Sales invoices, AR entries & stock withdrawal).
• Preparing & recording all general ledger transactions according to tax requirements.

Skills

Critical experience

• Commerce certificate
• 3 years Experience
• ERP Experience.
• Good organisational skills
