     oriented analysis and design.


      RDBMS design and implementation (stored procedures, views, queries, normalization, etc).


      AJAX, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, JSP, struts, web & application server, XML/ HTML / DHTML /
      JavaScript.


      Crystal enterprise reporting.


      Knowledge and application of latest development methodologies.


      Ability of managing data migration process,


      Familiarity with business functions (purchasing, finance)


      Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audience are required.
