ASSISTANT CREDIT CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
• Monitor the trade receivables at the company level on a continuous basIs.
• Ensure that individual Customer credit limits are within company norms and contractual terms.
• Review all transactions with customers are as per Agreements and Company norms.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• A Graduate level of education with Commerce Specialization. An MBA would be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of local socio-cultural issues and business practices is a must.
• Sound work-experience in a similar role in the retail Industry for at least 5 years.
• Fluent in written and oral communication in English and Arabic.
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities'
• Maintain relevant books of accounts like General Ledgers, Fixed Asset Registers, Sales and Stock accounts etc. to meet required accounting standards.
• Reconciliation of all records and bank, stock and customer accounts.
• Supervise staff payroll.
• Develop appropriate financial and internal controls.
• Assist in company wide consolidation of Accounts, annual statutory audit and finalization of Accounts.
• Monitor supplier payments, LC's and other import related transactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications - with expert proficiency on Excel. Awareness of Oracle based ERP Accounting packages is desirable.
• A fair understanding of the overall retail business operations
• A Graduate level of education with Commerce / Accountancy Specialization. Professional qualification in Accounting would be desirable.
• Sound work-experience in accounting of at least 10 years with an eye for detail and numbers.
• Fluent in written and oral communication in English and Arabic.
ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
• Sales Accounting including invoicing, receivables accounting, reconciliation of debtor accounts and credit notes, Installment scheme sales etc.
• Stock Accounting including inter location stock reconciliations, accounting for sales returns. defects and damages.
• Accounting of all Cash and Bank payments.
• Periodic cash and inventory verification checks across various locations
Qualifications & Experience:
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications - with expert proficiency on Excel. Awareness of Oracle based ERP Accounting packages is desirable.
• A Graduate level of education with Commerce / Accountancy Specialization. Professional qualification in Accounting would be desirable.
• Sound work-experience in a similar role for at least 5 years.
• Fluent in written and oral communication in English and Arabic.
SAUDI NATIONALS PREFERRED Knowledge of Arabic is essential for non Saudi
